dc.description.abstractAgencies sometimes give away their legislatively delegated decision­ making power of their own accord . More specifically, agencies make agreements in order to transfer their entire jurisdiction to adjudicate administrative decisions to other agencies. This Article is the first to explore these mostly informal, endogenous interagency arrangements.
