dc.description.abstractI believe there can be no higher public service in this country than to aid in the improvement of the law schools. That leads to the improvement of the American Bar and that means the preservation and improvement of American institutions. The bar always has been and still is the leader of the people. In fact, a democracy always trusts the lawyer.
