dc.description.abstractThis note explores Mexico's 2007 election reforms from a comparative perspective and offers a few cautionary notes on the long-term consequences of Mexico's constitutional choices. It also offers a brief analysis of the electoral system of the USA and the situation which arose in the 2000 Bush v. Gore election.
