dc.description.abstract"Goodrich on Conflict of Laws" has, since 1927, the date of publication of the first edition, become a familiar citation in opinions of courts and critical writings. Several generations of law students have found solace in its pages. Indeed, many law teachers, including the reviewer, have derived untold assistance from it. A new edition of so important a book deserves somewhat more than passing comment.
