dc.description.abstractThe 1973 Session of the Connecticut General Assembly enacted a statute of general application which puts Connecticut among the growing number of states which have substituted a rule of comparative negligence for the common law rule of contributory negligence. This paper will seek to explore some of the problems which this statute may raise.
