dc.description.abstractIn this country, there has been extensive codification of commercial law over the past fifty years in the guise of Acts to Make Uniform the Laws of Several States-we have gone off the common law standard for good. It is now suggested that the old Uniform Acts are out-of-date and should be scrapped in favor of a streamlined Commercial Code.
