dc.description.abstractAlthough I am on several issues in disagreement with the plan of these volumes, there are, even from a dissenter's point of view, many things that compel admiration. The case material is extraordinarily rich. Professors Braucher, Sutherland, and Willcox appear to have read every reported case in the enormous area of law with which they deal.
