dc.description.abstractPROFESSOR KOH: Our first speaker on the panel on Administrative Agencies, Private Parties, and the Courts is Mr. Peter D. Ehrenhaft. Mr. Ehrenhaft was a senior law clerk to Chief Justice Warren of the Supreme Court, has been a partner at a number of firms, was the Deputy Secretary and Special Counsel for Tariff Affairs at the Treasury Department-a job which several other panelists have held in various forms-and is currently a partner at the Washington firm of Bryan, Cave, McPheeters & McRoberts. He has taught trade policy at George Washington University Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he is the author of numerous articles in this area.
