Marriage counseling is growing in popularity. The public demand for it is substantial and the professions are increasingly receptive to working with marriage counselors on a referral and consultation basis. Where marriage counseling services have been well publicized, the demand for them often is more than can be provided by existing resources. This article is designed to assist interested lawyers and judges by giving them a description of marriage counseling services now available from agencies in the Kansas area. It may also be of help to other professional people whose knowledge of existing facilities is incomplete. It is a surprise to many that our counseling resources, though inadequate, are as great as they are.
