Abstract
Article 9, Secured Transactions, of the Uniform Commercial Code covers a great deal of territory. To use a jargon which was fashionable not long ago, it proposes to integrate, under a single system of legal propositions and a single system of terminology, the entire range of transactions in which money debts are secured by personal property.
