Abstract
In this, our twenty-sixth year of publication, The Yale Journal of International Law has broadened its scope, in our continuing effort to enhance discussion about the practice and theory of international public order. We have initiated two new features: a Young Scholars Conference and a "Points of View" section of the Journal.
