Abstract
Let it suffice to say here that I find Professor Murray's attempt to explain unconscionability an admirable job, one which carefully considers almost all of the subtle difficulties involved in such a definitional struggle. Or to be brief, I cannot help but prefer Professor Murray's unconscionability clause to the Code's.
