Not the City of God: The Multiplicity of Wrongs and Rules

Hazard, Geoffrey
Abstract
The standard modem method of thinking is analytic, isolating a specific problem for attention, but for people in the real world, including clients of lawyers, their practical and legal problems usually come in complex clusters. A different approach, complementing the analytic technique, would look at these problems in a very old-fashioned "holistic" way, what can be called a medieval approach.
