Abstract
Gary was a torts scholar's torts scholar. This is perhaps the highest compliment that one academic can pay to another, and it would please him greatly. I like to think that Gary is up in some lecture hall in the sky discoursing in his inimitable style on Weaver v. Ward -and smiling.
