Abstract
Dr. Leo F. Koch, Assistant Professor of Biology in the Division of General Studies at the University of Illinois, Urbana, was suspended from his academic duties on April 7, I960, by President David D. Henry because of a letter written by Professor Koch and published in The Daily Illini, the campus paper, on March 18, 1960.
