Abstract
In a large proportion of consumer transactions, paper passes between the parties. The content and coverage of this paper varies widely, from a mere identification of goods and price all the way to the highly detailed retail installment sales contract. Many of these pieces of paper say extremely important things, especially about goods quality, and the parties duties and remedies. It is that paper which will be the subject of this paper.
